House Exchange

This website was designed by the Circle Housing Group in conjunction with online technology company 101Smart to bring their tenants together who were looking for a HomeSwap. Since then it has been a great sucess and grown to what it is today the largest not-for-profit NATIONAL system to help people find a home.

If you are looking for a move for whatever reason House Exchange can help you find that dream home!

House Exchange is a database of information given by tenants that want to move. House Exchange INSTANTLY lets you know what matches you have on the system and by registering for email alerts we can let you know as soon as a new match registers.

Tenants can search the database to find properties that match their requirements, either on their home computer, a family member or friend's computer or any public access computer such as in your local library.
