Please note: Only Waveney District Council tenants details will be accepted on this site.

This applies even if you wish to move to the Waveney area.

If you submit your details to Waveney District Council and you are not a Waveney District Council tenant, your details will be transferred.  This will result in a delay in processing your application.

When you register you will need to provide your details.  This includes full details of your current property, including your house number, and details of the property you are looking for. 

Please complete the 'Occupancy' section with details of all occupants of the property INCLUDING YOURSELF from the choices in the drop down menus.

It is important that you complete all the information requested.  Failure to do so will result in a delay in the processing and approval of your application.

When we have approved your details we will post your sign in details to you.  Once approved your property will appear in our database and you will be able to run searches to find swaps

You can search now to see if properties of interest are available. You will need to register to gain access to individuals contact information. Registration also gives you access to all 4 searches.
