Join the House Exchange Partnership

House Exchange has been at the forefront of resident mobility since 2004. Developed by Circle partner Wherry Housing to meet the needs of its residents, the system was quickly adopted by other local landlords and the House Exchange partnership was born.

The benefits of House Exchange extend beyond helping residents to find swaps. Our range of services and products aim to save landlords money by reducing void costs and ensuring the best use of homes.

Our services are provided for one low annual fee and include ongoing technical support from the House Exchange team and your own version of the website. We are also members of the National Home Swap Direct Scheme!
