How House Exchange operates
Free if your landlord is a partner
Landlords can subscribe to House Exchange giving their tenants
completely free access to the system. If your landlord subscribes
to House Exchange you can choose them at point of registration and
they will approve your application.
Pay Directly
You can pay directly to access the system using paypal or a
debit/credit card and this gives you complete access to the system.
The cost is:
- 3 Months - £6.99
- 6 Months - £9.99
- Until I move - £19.99
All sales are final
House Exchange services are instantly available once payment has
been made and therefore we have a strict no refund policy. If you
choose 'Pay with my PayPal Account', you must click the link in the
Paypal form to return to House Exchange to ensure your registration
is properly processed. We will not accept responsibility for you
not being able to access our service if you do not click on this
link. If there is a problem or if you experience any difficulty in
accessing the service please contact us.
Free to advertise
Advertise your home and view available matches. You will not be
able to see contact details nor will the other matches be able to
see your contact details. However others will be able to let you
know they are interested in a home swap.
