Show off your property!

Including property photos on your House Exchange advert is vital in helping you to find a mutual exchange; on House Exchange you can add up to 25 of them to your advert!

Adding a photo of your property is a great way to show your home to other users who are looking for a home swap. When looking at the thousands of exchanges that take place on the platform each year, the vast majority of these adverts include a photo of the property, showing that uploading a photo will increase the interest in your property and your chances of finding a swap.

For a step-by-step guide on how to upload photos of your property to your advert, please check out our written navigation guide, or watch the video version on our YouTube channel by clicking here.

When uploading your photos, please take these in landscape. Where possible, try to do this during the daytime so that your property looks bright; make sure that your photos are in focus and that the rooms look clean and tidy where possible.

If you are concerned in any way about your home being identified, then just take photos of the inside or the garden. Equally, if the inside of your property isn't currently spic and span, just one external photo can really make a difference!

By following the quick and easy steps in the guides linked above, your advert will be much more appealing to other swappers, increasing your opportunity of finding a mutual exchange!
