My home features a recently refurbished kitchen with a new Bosch hob and oven (bought by me) which will stay for the new tenant - as will the upmarket sink and mixer. Very good decorative order throughout; the only room I haven't really renovated recently is the bathroom (been a tenant here for 20 years). The main double bedroom is at the front which overlooks a large green space over the road and parking for two cars on the block paved driveway. The rear bedroom can fit a double bed easily. The back garden is a mix of contemporary and Japanese-style. I have taken a lot of care with this space and spent money creating a tranquil and relaxing environment. All my neighbours are respectful, quiet and friendly (I am bordered on three sides at the back).
