We benefit from a large wrap around garden featuring a large grassed front/side garden with 2 x sheds, and a back garden we have recently upgraded with a summerhouse/office, patio area that gets the sun all day in the summer ?? Our house is an old build council property, it could do with decorating, however there are some areas we have spent £ on and have been upgrading bit by bit properly. Our kitchen fits a dining table, however the front room could also take a table if wanted as it is a generous size. We have 1 bathroom (no additional WC) that is located downstairs at the back of the house (great for garden parties!). We have utilised a cupboard next to the front door and stacked our washer/tumble, as we have a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen also has an old school walk in pantry. Upstairs is 2 double rooms and 1 decent single. We live near an amazing selection of schools, the secondary is 10mins walk through the park away the infant and jr is 10 minutes walk. Village shops are 2 minutes walk, but we also have Guildford a 10 minute drive or Godalming a 15 minute walk away. PLEASE NOTE we do not have a drive but we have lots of on street parking - we are up a very quiet culdesac accessed via a pedestrian pathway. Drive way possibility due to garden position though ??
