We have 3 bedroom house, One standard-size double room with in-built 2 wardrobes, one smaller double with inbuilt 1 wardrobe, and one single room in which we made two beds on top of the stair box. We have a large garden, access garden from side house. The large size of the living room, which one side is used for dining and the other for study. As it is semi-detached, it doesn't require middle rooms much heating, as both side walls are surrounded. We worked hard when we moved in 7 years ago, we cut off all the bushes which shaded the garden and made a beautiful flower bed. Now in the garden, there is a wine tree which may bring a lot of fruit, Also in the front garden one a large parking space at the house, and next to the large green grass area, surrounded by large green bush, which gives some privacy from street walking. 5 to 7 min walking to St Mary Cray station 2 min to Petts Wood 1 min to the bus stop 5 min to school close to the Nugent Centre Industrial shops We are a family of 7 looking and hoping for a larger space, as our oldest needs a standard single-size bed, which we can not afford in our bedroom currently. We moved into this house 7 years ago as a family of 5 now we are 7 The housing association can offer tenancy agreements for 6 years and longer as may you want to live. very green area, just about 15 min driving to the countryside, Lullingstone castle, Hop Shop Farm apple picking, Lavender fields, strawberry picking, etc.
